Jake decided to propose to his girlfriend and former lingerie model, Lacey Buchanan, onstage Saturday night in his hometown at the sixth annual Mardy's Tennis & Jake's Music Fest charity concert in Vero Beach, Florida.

It was spontaneous.  Jake brought Lacey on stage during his song"Don't Think I Can't Love You".  They danced a little and then suddenly he went down to one knee to propose. The look on Lacey's face when he does that is precious!

Jake even joked about not having a ring!!
