ROBERT PATTINSON was on "Showbiz Tonight" yesterday with his "Cosmopolis" director DAVID CRONENBERG.  And he said he's doing "okay" after his breakup with Kristin Stewart.

Pattinson & Cronenberg rang the bell at the New York Stock Exchange yesterday and he looked fine!

And by the way, in case you're wondering what's going on with KRISTIN STEWART, she may be DROPPED from the "Snow White and the Huntsman" sequel.  That means she stands to lose MILLIONS that she would have been paid for the sequel!  There is talk in Hollywood that instead of a sequel they would do a spin-of focusig on THE HUNTSMAN.    She also has said that after seeing Robert on a TV appearance she realizes it is really over!
