Jason Aldean went swimming on Monday.  It was all good fun until he got a TICKET from the police!!  Admitedly he was swimming when warnings were posted.  He wasn't happy about it and went to twitter to vent:

He complained that MANY others were there swimming yet only he and one other person were ticketed.  He documented his  side of the story with THIS PICTURE of the beach and LOTS of others swimming.  Pretty solid evidence that others were swimming, right?  But then there were warnings not to swim, right?  Well, we'll leave all that up to Judge Judy.  It's a $100 ticket and not a big deal for Aldean. The 12 year od kid could be a different story though.   But, think of the bragging rights that kid has.  He'll tell the story for years of getting busted with Jason Aldean!
