The Escondido Humane Society’s second-biggest fundraiser of the year – their dog-friendly Tails at Twilight Gala – is coming up in September. 

Event highlights include hosted wine and beer, delectable dining and a lively auction, all in support of the lifesaving programs at the Escondido Humane Society. Well-mannered canines are cordially invited, and dog butlers will be on hand to cater to their needs as they enjoy their evening with their people.

The Gentle Barn rescues, rehabilitates and gives sanctuary to severely abused animals. Then kids interact with the animals to learn kindness, compassion and confidence.


It's Rattlesnake season all year round in San Diego and April is Rattlesnake Avoidance Training Month. Make sure your dog knows how to stay away from them!

Cornerstone Therapeutic Riding Center
A non profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals living with disabilities.
Cornerstone is located at Creek Hollow Ranch in Ramona which is a 350 acre state-of-the-art equestrian facility that is home to over 100 horses, in addition to a herd of American Bison. Their facility is like no other in San Diego and offers their students many diverse opportunities.
