Living Better in San Diego

Center For Employment Training

Airdate: Sunday, June 30, 2013

The Center for Employment Training is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to fighting poverty and dependence on public aid.  They do this by providing quality skill training to adults of all educational levels and backgrounds, especially those most in need and hardest to serve, including the homeless, veterans and those on welfare.  They are more than just a school though.  Joining us to talk about the programs they offer and what else they do for the community is the San Diego branch Center for Employment Training Director, Dora Mendivil-Angulo and the center's Veteran Recruiter, Santiago Leon.
